My Quake 2 Server isnt running ALL THE TIME. However, if i'm online (my ICQ is 6099286) i'll have you a game. The IP address is 24.226.44.83 My FTP site however is a different story, I have the server software, but i'm too lazy to set it all up. Perhaps in the future I will put it online.
